All in-house buyers will be required to do a NICS background check - 1 time pull FEE of ($15.00). Out of state in-house buyer cannot purchase a hand gun UNLESS they would like it shipped to an FFL in their state, no exceptions. If a firearm does not need a transfer, it will be stated in the description.
Absentee Bidder:
A preview of the guns will be on Wednesday, Feb 26 - 3:00-6:00pm. Last Chance Auction is in no way an expert at firearms and/or vintage military; all firearms are cataloged and described to the best of our ability. Please take a careful look at photos. If there is a firearm you have a specific question on or would like additional photos; contact Brent @ 605-334-7653. Please do your own research as to the origin, make, model & caliber of all these firearms. No refunds will be given

Shipping begins immediately after payment has been processed. If you buying a firearm please ensure you have emailed your FFL license copy to [email protected]
All Shipping & Handling is done in-house. We are an FFL dealer and will ONLY ship to other FFL dealers. Any online purchaser must submit an FFL license to the auction company within 2 days of the auction. All firearms can be shipped either USPS, UPS, FedEx or SpeeDee at the FFL dealers request. All ammo will be shipped UPS only, no exceptions. Black power percussion & BB guns do not require FFL transfer and can be shipped directly to the buyer. We are not licensed to and will be shipped directly to the buyer through USPS or UPS. We will use our own discretion as to the way to ship items if we are not contacted prior.
